Your data & security

Who owns my clients' data?

You do — always. Your clients and their data belong to you. If you ever leave, you keep everything.

Can other companies see or access my data?

No. Your workspace is private to your business. We never share or sell your data, and access is protected with bank-grade security.

What type of security does DisputeSuite have?

Bank-grade encryption in transit and at rest, secure access controls, and role-based permissions so only the right people see sensitive information.

Will you market to my clients?

Never. Your clients are yours. We don't market to them or contact them behind your back.

Plans & billing

Is there a per-client fee?

No. Active clients and affiliates are unlimited on every plan — no per-client fees, ever. You only scale plan when you need more seats, AI tokens, or CRM usage.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. DisputeSuite is month-to-month. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes — change plans or add seats, tokens, and usage whenever you like. Changes prorate automatically.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every plan starts with a 30-day free trial with full access. A card activates your workspace, but you're not charged until day 31 and can cancel anytime before then.

What types of payment do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards. Your card is vaulted securely and never charged during the free trial.

If I decide to cancel, what's the process?

Cancel anytime from your billing settings before your next renewal — no phone calls, no runaround.

Features & customization

Can I customize the software?

Extensively. Configure your own account statuses and types, dispute statuses, user privileges, letters, portal branding, and more — make it yours.

Can I use custom letters I've created?

Yes. Use our Metro 2 letter library or bring your own with the built-in letter editor.

Can I control what my employees see?

Yes — granular roles and permissions let you decide exactly what each team member can view and do.

Do you have e-signatures?

Yes, e-signatures are built in so clients can sign agreements online.

Is there anything to download? Does my browser matter?

Nothing to download — DisputeSuite is 100% web-based and works in any modern browser, on desktop or mobile.

Can we outsource our clients to your company?
