No. DisputeSuite is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

In order to protect your data and propritary information we have a simple yet safe way for accounts to be cancelled (and we hope you don’t) but all you’d have to do is call us, and we’ll cancel your accout immediatley and give you an confirmation #.

Every Client/Affilliate portal is customized for each individual company, there are multiple possible combinations of configurations- from the time of order it can take up to 72 hours for our implementation team to activate and configure the account, that is why there is no trial available.

We do not charge per client fees – Input as many clients and affiliates in the system at NO additional costs
