NO! Similar to online banking, each of your staff members are given a secure login and password that only permits them access to see your company’s data. No other company’s data can be accessed, advanced technology is used to safeguard against this. Our software is built on a .net custom architected framework that uses Microsoft’s latest technologies.

When using DisputeSuite you can outsource directly to us to handle the “back end” work, and you have access to multiple outsource providers that use our software. Having that flexibility allows you to switch vendors easily if a problem or conflict occurs, having this flexibility is vital to the success of your business. By outsourcing your work to the professional processing staff at Dispute Suite you are working on your business not in your business. At nominal costs we will handle the processing end of your work day which as we all know is at least 70% of the business. No. DisputeSuite is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

Yes, when your clients login to their secure private labeled portal you can enable a contract section that empowers them with the ability to E-Sign your documents.

In order to protect your data and propritary information we have a simple yet safe way for accounts to be cancelled (and we hope you don’t) but all you’d have to do is call us, and we’ll cancel your accout immediatley and give you an confirmation #.

Every Client/Affilliate portal is customized for each individual company, there are multiple possible combinations of configurations- from the time of order it can take up to 72 hours for our implementation team to activate and configure the account, that is why there is no trial available.

We do not charge per client fees – Input as many clients and affiliates in the system at NO additional costs

No, our software is web-based and can be accessed from anywhere in the world as long as you have an internet connection.
