Thanks for your information. As a loan officer, there were some good "gold nuggets" in your presentation, as I'm sure you're hearing back from others. One principle you shared, that someone can have items removed from their reports permanently, when 1 of the 3 requirements of reporting are violated by a collection agency, may help a client I'm calling today. He has a collection that's over 10 years old, no bankruptcy, and it just popped up in Feb '09 after no action for 10 years. Also, I appreciated your speaking pace today, actually. The Webinar on May 1st was fantastic. My partner and I have a heavy financial background, know a lot about structuring deals and credit itself, but are new and still learning on the repair end. You had mentioned getting a hard copy or link to the Webinar. I was wondering if I could get that from you. Also, you had a template for removing inquiries. By the sound of the discussion this will not be one of the staples in my arsenal but will help. I know that certain bank computers are using the amount of inquiries as a stipulation now, so once a customer reaches that number, even if they meet all of the other requirements, it is an auto turn down. Any videos that you have on credit repair would help as well. The stuff that you have sent so far is great, we plan on going forward with the software once our trial is over, and look forward to the support that it looks like we will be getting.
