The portal gives your customers real-time access from anywhere an internet connection is available. Now their schedules don't have to match the hours of operation for your company - customers can log in at their leisure and view the status of their credit repair directly from home. Each customer is provided with a username and password to log in. All of the customer data that is managed in DisputeSuite credit repair business software is automatically updated in the customer portal with no additional input needed from your staff.

It's easy to add your own logo, information, and color scheme to the portal so that it looks like your web site when your customers log in. It's quick to do and there's no extra cost. The portal web site URL runs here, which does not contain any DisputeSuite branding, so your customers will never have a clue you are using DisputeSuite. In addition, we provide the HTML code so you can put the login form on your own web site! That way your customers can just visit your web site to log in.

With the added tool of electronic signatures to the customer portal, signing contracts and delivering required disclosures becomes an effortless task. From the Admin section of DisputeSuite, your company administrator can easily copy and paste their existing contracts, CROA disclosure, power of attorney and any other necessary disclosures into a section for the customer to electronically sign.  The customer’s data (including name, phone, address, etc.) is automatically stamped and signed into the disclosure. No more handwritten contracts, no more time consuming and costly mail delivery, no more noncompliant / unsecured e-mail delivery of documents. On the first page of the customer portal there is a section for you to advertise for the referral partner that sent that specific customer. Every time that customer logs in to see the status of their credit, they will be reminded of the person that sent them to get their credit restored! The photo/logo and complete contact information along with e-mail links and website link are made apparent on the front page! This is powerful marketing for everyone!!! You can add an UNLIMITED number of referral partners! When entering a new customer you are prompted to select a referral partner that you have entered into the system. Once you pick the referral partner, their info is automatically included in that customer’s portal with NO additional work from you.

You can set certain documents to be available to every member of your system and certain documents to only be available to an individual customer. With this feature, managing your customer’s documents is easy. You may set your system up so all customers get a copy of your contract, brochure, CROA Disclosure, referral coupon, etc. With Global attachments, every customer would have the attachment automatically populated.
